Leah & Chris Jordan, Co-Owners
Empire Cleaning Services is owned and operated by Leah and Chris Jordan, the husband-and-wife team who founded the company in Spokane in 2021. As Co-Owners, they stay hands-on with the business every day — hiring carefully, training thoroughly, and standing behind the systems that keep every clean consistent.
Their commitment shows up in the details that matter most to you: Empire is family-owned, fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and every cleaner who enters your home or business is background-checked. When you hire Empire, you're trusting a local family that puts its name on the result.
Humble Beginnings
Leah & Chris
Empire Cleaning Services was born out of necessity, courage, and a whole lot of love. In 2021, just two months after our first son Calvin came into the world, we made a decision that changed everything for our young family. Working 60+ hours a week with no control of her schedule was not something Leah wanted to go back to. So she bet on herself and started Empire Cleaning Services.
Shortly after, Chris left his job too. No safety net, no outside funding — just two people, a baby, and a belief that if we could do this right, the work would speak for itself.
The early days weren't glamorous. We did every cleaning ourselves, trading off watching the kids so the other could work. When the cleaning was done, the work wasn't — evenings went to scheduling, marketing, and everything else that comes with running a business. We bootstrapped it all, built our systems from scratch, and figured things out as we went.
Those systems are the same foundation that powers Empire today. We weren't just surviving. We were building something that works.
A Vision for the Future

We're just getting started. What began on late nights with a baby on our hip has grown into something we're incredibly proud of — and we have no intention of slowing down. Our focus now is on refining the systems and processes we've built, strengthening our team culture, and expanding Empire Cleaning Services beyond Spokane into Spokane Valley, Post Falls, and the broader region. We believe the model we've created works, and we're ready to prove it.
